We strive for the best quality control measures, and as much consistency as possible. However, being handmade pieces and carved from natural materials, sometimes our customers may experience a slight difference in colour or shape from the website images.

 
 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Every mobile is handcrafted from natural materials and as such each component will vary slightly.

They are delicate products - please handle with care.

Limit the exposure of the mobile to water and moisture. These products are made for interior decorative purposes; not recommended for use outside.

The brass is a natural material, and it will naturally patina over time. If your product patinas and you prefer the bright finish, wash with lemon juice and a small amount of bicarbonate. Wipe dry with a clean cloth and buff to shine.

REPAIR

We offer a repair service for pieces that are within their one-year warranty. Repairs are free if we determine the breakage to be a manufacturing fault as opposed to wear and tear. Otherwise they incur a small fee.

If your goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on the site, we will refund the value of your order for those goods. For more information on how to return goods to us please refer to the Return Policy section of the site.

If your piece is broken due to a manufacturing fault, is not repairable and is within warranty we will replace it.
